1 pound beef sirloin (cut into 3 inch strips and 1/4 wide)
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1 onion (sliced thinly)
1 green bell pepper (long strips)
1 red bell pepper (long strips)
2 tablespoon cornstarch

How to make it?
