Cream cheese (with/without chives- your choice)     8 oz

Mustard                                                                      2 tbsp

Iceberg lettuce (shredded)                                         100 g

Swiss cheese (Shredded)                                             2.6 oz

Tomatoes (seeded, diced)                                          1 piece big/ 2 pieces small

Cucumber (sliced in long strips)                                 1 piece

Bacon (cooked, strips)                                                            6 slices

Tortilla wraps (whole wheat)                                     6 pieces

 

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and mustard together until the mixture is smooth. Spread some of the mixture on each whole wheat tortilla wrap. Place about 2 tbsp of the mixture, leaving ¼ inch on the edge of the wrap.
  2. Place the ingredients on each whole wheat tortilla starting with the lettuce. Press the shredded lettuce a little bit into the cream cheese and mustard mixture.
